Scott Ryan

Scott Ryan - Founder

With over 20 years of experience in the media & technology industries, founder Scott Ryan is a recognized leader and pioneer in the advertising ecosystem.

As a recognized expert with years of success growing media businesses, Scott brings a wealth of experience to every project.

Scott started his career in the telecommunications industry as the dot com bubble burst, eventually pivoting to ad tech as an early leader in the ad network/exchange space. He later participated in developing the first programmatic ad platforms and eventually left to launch one of the first consulting platforms dedicated to the CTV space. After selling that business, Scott launched TVIQ to offer both content platforms and brands & agencies a new, broader range of services to help accelerate growth.

He’s a proud father of two kids and three dogs, a fan of Chicago sports teams, and believes that Phish is the greatest live band of all time.

Sara Sinclair

Sara Sinclair - Vice President of Ad Platforms

Sara is a PhD scientist (Johns Hopkins University) that transitioned careers over to the digital media space in 2016. With over eight years of experience in revenue optimization and programmatic ad operations, Sara specializes in maximizing efficiency, ROI, and audience engagement across CTV platforms. With a strong background in data-driven decision-making, she excels in optimizing ad performance, fine-tuning strategies that create balance between user experience and revenue generation. Passionate about navigating the evolving CTV landscape, Sara is committed to implementing innovative monetization strategies and driving measurable results in the dynamic world of digital advertising.

Sara is mom to 2 furbabies, an avid snowboarder, silversmith, wine lover (let’s talk about orange wines shall we?) and can be found splitting her time between the UT desert and the CO mountains.
